This part of our practice is closely integrated with Entertainment Law, as buildings need permits for redesign as sets, stages and other such uses. Preparation of agreements beyond the basic forms used by Real Estate Agents many times is required to make a deal happen. Use of a home for business can require a permit. Sometimes planning officers refuse to issue a permit, and the owner needs to appeal. We have expertise in these and similar scenarios.
