Mr. Green served for 4 years, and during one of these as Chair of, the California State Bar's Business Law Section Cyberspace Committee, among the top names in the state on this topic. Ms Green has and continues to represent famous Rock and Roll stars and help them set up the very first Entertainer's "Official" fan web sites. The firm represents many survivors of the "dot com" late 1990s era who are doing very well, in part due to careful legal watching and constant changes made as the laws rapidly form, change and are interpreted.
New laws in e-commerce include privacy, IP, domain name law, personal rights, defamation, entertainment, patent, and many others.
