(Sept. 25, 2000) shows how the first Amendment can become involved over arguments about use of a Domain Name to defame:  In Bihari the owner of a family name and service mark "Bihari Interiors," for interior design brought an action for the infringement of the mark by the owner of a website that is critical of the Bihari’s services.
