Since 1980, Ms. Green has expansive expertise from hundreds of complex transactions in entertainment law. Ms. Green protects and licenses copyrights in music, sounds, characters and other property rights in film, publishing and recording and negotiates for many major national and international entertainment notables. Some of Ms. Green's past and present clients have included Alien Music, Bruce Cohn Management, The Doobie Brothers, Big Brother & the Holding Company, Cheap Thrills Music, B-Flat Publishing, BrainChild Records, Island Heat Productions, "Toy Story" Art Director Ralph Eggleston, Danny Glover, Nick Gravenites, Palm Records, Pete Sears, Craig Chaquico, David Freiberg, Jefferson Airplane and Jefferson Starship, Eklypse, Joe Louis Walker, Zakir Hussain, Tiger/Hasbro and other talent in the Entertainment, Music Recording, Publishing, Motion Picture, Television, Theatrical, Multimedia, Toy and Internet Industries. Ms. Green has dealings with companies such as Disney, Pixar, Warner Bros., Columbia/Sony, Paramount, LucasFilm, and Major Record Companies on a regular basis.
Ms. Green negotiates and writes contracts and licenses for projects involving music recording, publishing, film, multimedia, high tech toys, Internet, and all aspects of the Entertainment Industry.
Ms. Green has been involved in work on film projects such as "Toy Story" and "Star Wars." Her work involves dealings with the music performance rights societies, ASCAP, and BMI. Ms. Green provides experienced legal advice and representation on licensing and rights clearance, and combines her experience in entertainment law, contracts, copyright, trademark, and licensing for her clients. Ms Green was practicing "multimedia" law long before "multimedia" became a buzzword. Many of her clients are music writers and estates of music greats, working to place their works in many new uses. Ms. Green has helped her clients license music into such productions as "Wild, Wild West" and with such recording artists as Destiny's Child. As technology invents new media, Ms. Green is at the forefront.

Ms. Green originated and taught the popular course at San Francisco State University
for the Music Recording Industry Certificate Program: "The Legal Aspects of the
Music Recording Industry", as a professor at San Francisco State University over a
period from 1981 until 1990, and is among the minority of women who has been recognized in
the official "Who's Who in
Ms. Green has served as Copyright Chairperson of the San Francisco Patent & Trademark Law Association, and as a Governor and Legal Counsel for the San Francisco Chapter of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (Grammy Awards). She was and is frequently a featured speaker on copyright, licensing and other related intellectual property legal and business issues for multimedia developers. This includes the NARAS Music Business Conferences and Music In Multimedia, California Lawyers for the Arts Music Business Seminars, Northern California Songwriter's Association Music Conferences, and the San Francisco Multimedia Conference.
